剛發現涉及 Flickr hyperlink 的淫審案上了全球最大的互聯網消息網站 boing boing 的7月10日首頁.

已我亦收到拍攝 "Nude and capture"的 Flickr 用戶 ioerror 的電郵回覆. Jacob 是一個專業的攝影師, 他將會為我寫證供, 以下是其電郵的部份內容:

我所理解的是, 因為 Flickr 查禁我的用戶戶口, 審裁署決定繼續提控, 這個控訴(譯按:分類)與 Flickr 的查禁密切相關. Flickr 不喜歡禁查這個字, 但它們實際上正在查禁. 讓我更清楚地指出, Flickr 正在制度化一個全球的查禁計畫, 容許部份地區查禁某些照片. 作為一個 Flickr 的用戶, 我甚至在不知情的情況下跌入這個計畫當中.

言論自由，是自由開放社會的基石。可是，近期一些無理的審查與檢控，如淫審處對中大學生報情色版和《明報》的評級，以及早前檢控色情超連結（hyperlink）的案例，皆告訴我們，本地言論及思想自由的空間，受到無理審查及壓制。而弱勢的個人與社群、獨立媒體（包括 bloggers和網民）所受到的壓力會更大，我們需要更多法律、財政與組織網絡的支援。

一. 民間記者資助概念

為了促進跨地域民間報道和來自不同地區的朋友對話,interlocals.net宣布一項資助項目, 讓bloggers和公民記者可以有機會前往另一個國家進行跨境交流研究和報導.

www.interlocals.net是一些獨立/另類/公民媒體,包括www.inmediahk.net(香港),www.coolloud.org(台灣),www.zonaeuropa.com等(詳細資料)協作的計畫. 作為一個網站,interlocals.net的對象為非英語地區的人士, 其目的在於鼓勵不同地區的朋友能就地方的社會,文化和政治方面的問題, 在一個跨國的語景下進行溝通和對話.

這個關係網令人難以致信: 由日本海外發展援助計劃下的一個政府 "援助" 計劃, 一個被稱為財政投融資(fiscal Investment and Loan Program FILP)的項目, 把資金從日本市民的私人儲蓄戶口, 退休保障基金, 保險和公積金等, 引導到一些第三世界, 如印尼等地, 進行 "發展" 援助. 這些所謂的 "援助" 計劃, 在過去幾年投資在 gargantuan 水力發電廠, 以開發鋁礦, 以供應日本市場. FILP 的資金, 亦被投放到世銀 World Bank 和國際貨幣基金 IMF, 這些機構亦會貸款發展中國家.

這篇文章是根據一個於日本和英國推廣公平貿易的公司的雙月刊 People tree內一篇文章寫成, 這篇文章於上月以日文出版, 上星期二於 gyaku 這個英日雙語網上媒體中被翻成英文.

今天(2007年1月21日)，我們重演殖民時期登錄皇后碼頭的儀式，我們要去宣告，香港這遍土地，是屬於在這個空間生活的人民的，人民有權參與決定土地的規劃和使用，不能容許官僚與資本合謀，掠奪人民的公共空間和環境！

我們堅決捍衛人民的空間！保留皇后、復修天星！

皇后碼頭過去是英國殖民宗主國皇室及港督上岸的地方，他們一踏上來，便把這片土地佔為己有，原來在這裏生活的人民只能被踩在頭上，無權過問。

Human rights and peace activitists from the HK Campaign for the Advancement of Human Rights and Peace in the Philippines (HKCAHRPP) held a picket protest against Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her murder crimes at Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong today (Nov 2, 2006).

"Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo can never hide from the ghosts of the murders and injustices committed to victims of human rights violations. The Filipino people and human rights advocates the world over shall make sure of this." Eman Villanueva, the convenor of HKCAHRPP said.

The cartoon on the right hand side was one of Liao Bing-xiong's (廖冰兄) piece in criticizing the Cultural Revolution. It shows how the political campaign, which targeted at a fly, ended up killing thousands of people. Lao Bing-xiong passed away on September 22, 2006, taking away with him a Chinese political cartoon tradition.

Lao started to draw political cartoon since 1932 when he was 17 years old. His early works (1932-36), which criticized feudalism were published in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangdong's newspapers. During the WWII, he left Hong Kong and devoted himself to anti-war propaganda(1937-44).

The issue of legislation on minimum wage has drawn people's attention after a series of activities organized by the Civil Alliance for Minimum Wage. The alliance launched a 30-hours hunger strike in Causeway Bay last week. On Sunday, University Student's Grassroots Concern Group went to Sun Hung Kai Centre to protest against the contractor of cleaning services who exploited janitors. The alliance held a forum on Sai Yeung Choi Street, Mongkok on Sunday afternoon (September 17). Speakers from different sectors discussed the problem of legislation on minimum wage.
